The findings are communicated with recommendations for action in a detailed report.
You will receive a sample cup set. After taking the sample and transmitting the data about the engine, the type of oil, time of use, etc., you will receive a barcode label to attach to the sample bottle.
The sample is then sent to the laboratory in the shipping bag provided.
The analysis report will be sent to you in German (or English) by email as a PDF.
